LEVEL 1 Fit-150TM is comprised of many exercises and techniques. It is broken up into three 4-5 hour workshops. You must complete Level 1-A first. Levels 1-B and 1-C can be taken after that in any order.

WORKSHOPS LEVEL 1-A
In Workshop Level 1-A You will Learn:
 
The Basics of Intended Evolution Theory as well as the Fundamental concepts and exercises which comprise Fit-150
TM Level 1. Baseline Markers are established at the beginning of this workshop.

Longevity Fit-150 MeditationTM Blueprint
Learn how to create your blueprint design for a high level of health from your present age up to 150 years of high quality life and beyond.
 

1. Improve Fat Loss, Muscle Tone and Harmonize the Emotions
Lose fat and tone muscle based on simple and
ancient oriental techniques. Increase your emotional
equanimity.
 
2. Increase Bone Density
Strengthen your bone density, brain, endocrine system, lymphatic system, lung capacity, improve your muscle/tendon flexibility, coordination and balance, help to relieve stress and balance your hormones.
 
3. Increase Energy, Circulation and Reduce Wrinkles
Gently stimulate your body in order to improve energy circulation, blood circulation, bone density, efficiency of the lymphatic system and prevent wrinkles.
 
4. Cleanse the Internal Organs
A unique technique that helps your internal organs to be washed of toxins and stagnation increasing your vitality.
 
5. Sexual Function for Men and Women

In Workshop Level 1-B You will Learn: 
 
Additional techniques and specific intentions to
improve your health in the following areas.
 
1. Reduce Plaque in the Arteries
Improve the elasticity of your arteries and help reduce plaque on your arterial walls.
 
2. Vision
Techniques to improve and maintain your vision and eye health.
 
3. Improve Fat Loss, Muscle Tone and Harmonize the Emotions
(Additional and Advanced Forms)        
Lose fat and tone muscle based on simple and ancient oriental techniques. Increase your emotional equanimity.
 
4. Balance and Integration
Techniques to improve and maintain your balance and overall body integration as you age; in order to prevent falls and increase your quality of life.
 
5. Increase Sensitivity to Energy, Strengthen the Hands, Improve Mind/Body Communication
Strong Hands are necessary for everyday life now and as we age. Techniques for strengthening your Hands as well as your sensitivity to energy are taught. When you sense energy in your hands you increase your mind/body communication. This enhances all the exercises you learn in I-Fit 150TM.

WORKSHOP LEVEL 1-C (After completing Level 1-A)
In Workshop Level 1-C You will Learn: 
 
Additional techniques and specific intentions to
improve your health in the following areas.
 
1. Spine
Improve the flexibility of your spine in a very unique way. Increase and cushion the space between your vertebrae increasing the flow of energy and nourishment to all your organs.
 
2. Dental
Techniques to improve and maintain your overall dental health. Keep your teeth!
 
3. Avoid Alzheimer’s and Dementia
Finger forms which bring more oxygen to your brain as well as increasing and maintaining your overall brain function.
 
4. Balance and Integration (Additional Forms)
Techniques to improve and maintain your balance and overall body integration as you age; in order to prevent falls and increase your quality of life.
 
5. Relax the Brain, Improve Hearing, Stop Snoring
Various techniques are included. Relaxing your Brain meditation can increase blood flow to your brain. Vibrating your sinuses can stop snoring. Ear massage and tapping techniques can improve your overall circulation and energy as well as improve your hearing.


LEVEL 1 Fit-150TM is comprised of many exercises and techniques. It is broken up into three 4-5 hour workshops. You must complete Level 1-A first. Levels 1-B and 1-C can be taken after that in any order. 

FEES for each Workshop: 
$125 per Workshop.
$100 ea. when you bring a friend or family member.
Visa/Mastercard accepted.

ONGOING CLASSES are Instructor led classes in which the exercises from one particular workshop are practiced. Please inquire regarding the schedule for ongoing classes.

ONGOING CLASS FEE: 
$40 for 2 classes a month and $60 for 4 classes a month. A punch card for ongoing classes is purchased. The student may attend the number of classes they purchased and for which they are qualified. The card is valid for 3 months.
